Benton and Craighead Counties Join the Alliance

We are so excited to announce that we are adding two more counties to the 100 Families Alliance: Craighead and Benton Counties. The two individuals filling the role of county coordinator in these areas are sure to be great additions to our team as they are already hard working leaders in their community.

Whitney Fraley, Crowley’s Ridge Developmental Council and 100 Families of Craighead County Coordinator

100 Families Craighead County Coordinator is the second role that Whitney has held for CRDC. Previously, she was their Tobacco Education Coordinator under a grant funded by the Arkansas Department of Health. She holds a Tobacco Treatment Specialist certificate from MD Anderson in Houston. She graduated from Arkansas State University with her Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology in 1993. She went on to earn a Master of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Texas A&M International University and a Paralegal Certificate from Front Range Community College in Northern Colorado. She interned at the Colorado State Public Defender’s Office and U.S. Pretrial Services.

Whitney has experience as a Parole Officer in South Texas and has worked as a Probation Officer in Boulder, Colorado. She has supervised several specialized caseloads, to include Therapeutic Community, Domestic Violence; Sex Offender Intensive Supervision Probation (SOISP); and Multiple DUI/DWI. She taught Criminal Justice courses at Laredo Community College for four years and is trained in Motivational Interviewing.
