Heather Edwards and Dana Baker Promoted to Regional Coordinators

Restore Hope is excited to announce promotions within our organization! Beginning February 1st, 2024, Dana Baker, Coordinator White county and Heather Edwards, Coordinator for Sebastian county, will both begin new roles as 100 Families Regional Coordinators. Dana and Heather will focus on supporting current 100 Families Coordinators, developing partnerships, and focusing on expansion. Filling their roles as County Coordinators will be Restore Hopes own Teresa Allred and Abbie Cox.

Dana Baker joined Restore Hope in 2018 as the Alternative Sentencing Case Manager in White County and worked in all district courts in White County up until Restore Hope began to think about 100 Families.

100 Families launched in 4 counties in 2020 and Dana became the White County Coordinator at that point in time. As Regional Coordinator, Dana will support Union, Greene, Craighead, Independence, Cleburne, White, Pulaski, Jefferson, Drew, Faulkner, St Francis, Crittenden and Mississippi counties in Arkansas.

Teresa Allred, who will be stepping into the role of County Coordinator for White county has been with Restore Hope since April, 2023. She joined Restore Hope as a part-time case manager and is looking forward to the opportunity to share the message of 100 Families within her community. Teresa stated, “What resonates with me the most is the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our community, working with community partners and residents that are dedicated to helping others in crisis.  I intend on maintaining the strong partnerships that are established and building new  relationships to help fill the gaps.”

Heather Edwards has been the Sebastian County Coordinator for 3 ½ years, but the first three years were with United Way of Fort Smith Area. She has been involved with 100 Families since before the launch.

Heather first got involved as a partner agency when she was the Executive Director of the Literacy Council of Western Arkansas. As Regional Coordinator she will support Benton, Crawford, Franklin, Garland, Johnson, Miller, Sebastian, and Yell counties.

Abbie Cox, who will replace Heather in Sebastian county has been on staff with Restore Hope since August of 2023, but had the honor of meeting Executive Director, Paul Chapman through a mutual friend back in 2017. From that moment, Abbie has been an avid supporter of 100 Families and its mission. She shared, “I am most exited about joining other community partners and wrapping around families.”

Dana, Teresa, Heather and Abbie are all looking forward to their new roles within Restore Hope. All are excited about joining other community partners and wrapping around families to help them heal, reunify, and thrive.
